We ordered online and when our order was ready we went in to grab it. They only put one cup out when we got two drinks which I don’t mind I just grabbed the second one. We got home realized they didn’t put the chips in the bag. They also didn’t make the sandwich as ordered. I’ve never had issues until today.
I checked out as a guest online and split payment between a subway gift card and my debit card however the order was never transmitted several days later I did get my money back though hopefully your system gets fixed
