I will not be ordering from here again. This is the third time they have messed up my order in a major way. I’ve been in their position, so I know it’s not that hard. I get mistakes happen, but I gave them multiple chances to get the bare minimum right. I don’t think I’m expecting a lot. If I order a footlong sandwich online for over $20 and even leave a tip, I shouldn’t receive a six inch. I waited 20 minutes to order. I was at the counter and ignored while online orders kept coming in and being filled. I asked if that was how staff was instructed to prioritize orders. Apparently so. I wasted 20 minutes of travel time there before I left empty handed. I was driving alone and unable to order ahead online myself.
