How hard is it to make a sandwich? I placed an online order and waited 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to get it. It’s seriously like watching the scene in Zootopia at the DMV with the sloths!
They say they're open until 10pm but closes at 8... Guess we'll go elsewhere. Their loss.
Why put a Subway sandwich shop sign outside when you don't take Subway Sandwich coupons and the service was poor and the help was ridiculous. Just walked away I wasn't worth my time.
I had an online order today and came in about 20 minutes after placing the order. I was waiting in store for my sandwich for another 25 minutes in store. There was one guy working the line and another employee sitting in the corner at a table on his phone. I was the only customer in the store for about 20 minutes while waiting. So disappointed this is not the first time I've waited long for online orders.
One person working, 20 minute wait, doesn’t accept coupons. Lesson learned!
