Only 1 worker. Long wait times. Put in an online order, arrived 10 mins after it said it should be done. Order was not even started. Waited in line for another 20 mins to get our order.
We ordered on the app, showed up to a line. We didn't mind waiting but we realized the guy (blonde guy looked maybe late 20s with big ears) was putting the wrong toppings on the sandwich. We nicely informed him of that and asked for the sandwich to be remade. We also apologized and thanked him for doing so. Skip to when we get home, we realize the sandwich wasn't toasted, had no cheese, and no cucumbers. went in to get a mobile order, and the 1 person on shift (idk his name, has big ears and blonde hair) was making one of the sandwiches incorrectly. I brought this up to him and he asked if i wanted it remade, I said yes and apologized, and thanked him. After i got my sandwich, I saw it wasn't toasted, and it was missing cheese and cucumbers. The manager was completely useless with not helping the situation where it showed we were charged and the order was placed for pick up and would be ready by 625pm however their system didn’t receive it. While the worker called his manager on speaker her response was “it’ll fall off, nothing we can do maybe she should have ordered through the app” she was very arrogant and rude while saying it.
