My mom and I had a Subway gift card, so we decided to stop in the Flossmoor Commons location. For some reason, we could not find the meatball sandwich to do the buy one get one for a $1. When we asked the clerk for his help, he was none. In short, it became too complicated, so we had to forego the deal and pay regular prices. The sandwiches were great. We ordered online using the nationally accepted coupon provided to Subway Rewards members. Upon arriving we were given a voided receipt and when asked why our order was canceled he acted as if he did not speak English so he could avoid the conversation. I have seen the ownership change 3 times. The food is still the good. There was no line and no waiting the last few times that I have gone.
Horrible customer service. While making my sandwich I asked for extra black olives and the owner demanded to the worker that I get charged for extra condiments. All I asked for on my sandwich was cheese, lettuce and tomatoes nothing else. I understand many languages. The owner and the worker are rude and racist. Fruit flies everywhere. This location is terrible. They accepted an ezcater order for a time when they are CLOSED. Imagine placing an order well in advance (you have to use ezcater for large orders), having the restaurant accept it, and then the doors are locked and the lights are off when you show up to pick it up. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
