Awful location. One of the employees doesn’t put the right quantity of meat for a BMT until reminded. Same employee also constantly touches her face and hair with her gloved hand but doesn’t change her gloves. Gross. Same employee also leans over the sub when making it and has her shirt go right into the sub. When called out all you get is “oh sorry” but no offer to correct the issue. Gross.
Ordered online for pickup as we’re about a 5 minute walk from the mall. After getting home we found that the subs were made completely wrong, and the bread was hard and stale. It’s the mall so we weren’t that surprised, and walked back to get them remade. The lady “Dee” working was extremely rude, saying that she didn’t make anything wrong. We brought back the subs to show her, and even after seeing that she was in the wrong, she was rude and told us she would give us a refund.
