Brad, the supervisor, provided extremely poor customer service. I’m very disappointed.
VERY STINGY. I went to subway expecting the same service I always get; HOWEVER, upon asking for more sauce - not caring about the additional fees (I'm willing to pay more), not only was I not given the additional sauce, I was barely given one line! And it was just in the middle. VERY DISAPPOINTED, despite TIPPING. NEVER RETURNING AND I WILL REPORT!!!!
I usually like this restaurant, but this time it was the worst. The bread was dry, the chicken was bad, and the staff's service was the worst ever. They didn't want to work; it was like they were being forced. Also, when I went to pay, holding my child, I gave him the card to pay, and he told me to go to the machine and pay myself, since they ask questions about whether I have to leave a tip.
The man behind the counter brought the sunshine to me today and gave me a smile it made my day 😁
