I had the worst service experience of my life at this Subway location. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. I felt completely disrespected throughout my entire visit. I honestly feel like I just wasted money. Very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.
I’m truly disappointed with the service at this location. On two different visits, I had an unpleasant experience due to a staff member’s rude and unprovoked behavior. It really affected my visit, and I believe it would be beneficial for the management to review the staff's conduct to improve the overall customer experience.
If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what I'd give. On November 25 2024 both my daughter and I were in the emergency area of the hospital. She went looking for food and realized they didn't have what i requested. While the lady took my daughter's order, my daughter called to ask if I wanted something else and told me she was getting a 6" sub i said just make it a foot long and we can share as it's a bit cheaper. The lady said she'd have to change for 2x 6" sub i said ask why as she hasn't taken another order and she still ... read more
