I accepted an Uber Eats order and waited 10 minutes. After asking about the delivery time, I was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes. Once I picked up the order, they gave me a thumbs down without any explanation.
Waited 15–20 minutes past pickup time for a delivery order. When I politely asked for an update, the staff attitude changed and I later received a negative rating just for asking. Delivery drivers are part of the service chain and should be treated with basic respect. Disappointing experience
The food was fine but the staff was Absolutely Non-Professional
