Awful customer service
Gotta love subway
Pay for extra cucumbers, get only 2 slices because they didn't want to cut more. Order light sauce, get a sandwich completely drenched in sauce. Order toasted, get untoasted. The quality and service has continued to be worse every time. This store needs an overhaul if it's going to survive. No one wants this kind of service.
Order that we put in online took 40 minutes after the app had said the order was ready, they ran out of lettuce, there were barely any vegetables on our sandwiches, and our subs weren't toasted. The employee's friends were also loitering in the store socializing with him
