I couldn't place an online order because it said my sub choices could not be applied to my buy 3 12" subs get 1 free. Could not find out why, so I went into to order and saw an employee with long stringy greasy hair hanging over his shoulders over the food. I am not ordering if he is not wearing a hair net.

My salad bowl had Mayo in it instead of ranch. It was also missing a bunch of other ingredients I requested.

You don't feel welcome, but the do take care of you relatively quick. Told the girl lite on the mustard and got a mustard soup sandwich. Totally unedible

I've been to this location a few times and each time I have left disappointed. First time there was no one in the store besides me and it took 25 minutes for me to get my sandwich. 2nd time there was other but it still took a long time. 3rd time I placed an online order and I was left with barely any lettuce, veggies and sauce on each side of my sandwich and they didn't follow the instructions. I called and asked for a refund and was told I could get one but had to wait for a manager to call me back.
