We stood at the counter easily for 10 minutes while 3 employees worked on one mobile order without them even acknowledging us. Both of us ordered whole sweet onion chicken subs toasted and once we finally sat down in the store to eat, the chicken was still frozen. I brought it to the employees' attention and his response was at first to just stare at me. Then stated "I guess I can remake it" I told him I just wanted it warmed up so the chicken wasn't frozen.
