Surprised at how expensive Subway has gotten - now over $13 for a footlong.
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two pretzels through the Subway app and went to pick them up. The location appeared to share space with an Auntie Anne’s, so I asked if they could cancel my order because I wanted to buy directly from Auntie Anne’s instead. The employee I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. He told me online orders could only be canceled by phone, and when I asked follow-up questions, he suddenly claimed he couldn’t speak English. They took away the veggie patty.
The customer service (which I can’t even call it service) is horrible! The workers/owners are not friendly, helpful or even respectful!! The food was terrible and the tables were dirty! This is my second visit hoping I came on a bad day since this is the only subway in the area I tried again. I will NEVER make that mistake again!! They were slow! They were nasty! I’m disgusted truly! I don’t even write reviews usually but I took time for this
