I always order sandwiches from here bc I live on the College Campus today my BREAD WAS EXTREMELY BURNT and i asked if they can remake it they said they dont give away free food but who was asking for that? i asked for them to remake it then the manager is not on shift … 0/10 😂 had to peel the burnt pieces off to eat it ..
Honestly the issue I had with this subway still blows my mind. I was fine with my 30 minute wait- there were 4 people ahead of me. I ordered through the app but was there in person. 2 more sandwich artists show up to help as the guy was swamped with orders. While I was waiting, for some reason two girls who had just been to dairy queen (and still with all their food from there!) enter and start eating in the subway. the subway app to order delivery has been down for at least a month now. when asked they said the system was down…or do yall just not want to have to make online plus in person?
I stood there for 35 minutes and was not acknowledged, and they kept talking negatively about their work, and it was a very frustrating situation. I will not go back again that was ridiculous.I did not even get to order because I was risking being late for class.
They close at 9:30, not 10. They never have chicken or meatballs or half the stuff on the menu.
