Order the three sandwiches 6 inches on Saturday. The bread was hard. There was no toppings on the bread no meat and I called to speak to a manager and I was told that miniatures don’t work on the weekend. They won’t be there until Monday. So how do you complain about your food if there’s no managers there? This is the worst subway ever I know they lost my business cause I give them chance after chance this time I’m just done.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Waiting in a drive thru that long for 1 meatball sandwich is beyond ridiculous. Six months later- they have the most rude woman working inside. She rushed me and my 2 kids and told my autistic son to make up his mind when he was deciding what he wanted. I am looking to speak to the manager about this woman because it is not the 1st time she was rude to me and my family.
The woman with short hair is consistently rude, pushes for tips while at drive through and if you need anything extra, you'll get a good long eye roll. It's been this way for a while and we usually make the drive to the other one.
