I never leave reviews but my service here was so horrible. I will never eat at this subway again. The staff need to be reevaluated. I ordered online for pickup and I guess the pregnate girl that works there thought it would be funny to put no meat and add only overloaded veggies- I plan on calling corporate, I had to take my 4month old back out into this weather in order to try to get it fixed. She said she couldn’t give me a refund, didn’t even tell me how to get one, then wouldn’t remake my food. This place is a joke.
I completed a mobile order. There was one person in front if me when I got here. 3 people came in after I was here and because my order was mobile I was forced to wait for everyone else to come inside even though we were eating inside. Took 30 minutes to get my food made when it said 15 minute wait time. I even mentioned I was here for mobile order and was told it was not started yet as she continued to make everyone's else's first. Should have more then 1 worker on Friday nights, that's for sure. “I can’t see threw the machine, you need to tell me you have a card” what great service… not. The toppings looked old and freezer burned. And service was terrible.
