Horrible. Placed a to go order waited 30+ minutes while other people where getting there ordered made and the sandwich was burnt.
I placed an online order thinking it would be faster I walked in on my pickup time and it wasn’t ready there was one person in the restaurant I just walked up told them I had an online order and sat down and waited another 20 minutes and they proceeded to take orders of people that walked in after me (four people) and then finally started on my order so needless to say don’t order online they will put you off till the last possible second I’m still waiting on my order while making this. all the people after me that ordered a... read more
So I went it on 9/11/24 and they were backed up with a woman being unreasonable and rude ordering off a picture some tik tok made item and was rude the entire time the staff held it togather wonderfully and still provided excellent service and the food was delicious
Placed mobile order. Took 30+ minutes to make sandwich. I sat in there waiting just for them to be doing other things while in the process of making my sandwich. The sandwich was not toasted in the least. I also got a wrap which the meat was ice cold. Not to mention operating the register with the same gloves you use to make my sandwich.
