Got food poisoning the ham was funny tasting, we wondered why they were piling it on. It was rotten. Only reason I put star is because they make you.
The people who work here could care less. On multiple occasions we’ve stopped in before closing around 5:45 and they are already locking doors and turning away paying customers. It’s frustrating. Additionally, they do a poor job of making sure the store is stocked with items like bread, cheese and meats. It’s embarrassing.
This subway used to be one of my frequent stops but lately it has not been the same. It's like they don't care anymore. Employees talk bad about Managers in front of customers, once the employees were changing stickers on the products to re-use for the next day. Never again will I stop here.
Our party of 7 was not allowed to use the tables with chairs. We had to crowd into 2 of the 3 booths in the shop with a baby and a toddler. Long line, so everyone else had to either sit outside in cold or leave and eat in car. No water cups available (lady who checked me out told me “they didn’t send them to us”). She charged me $2.67 for 3 empty cups. Bread was very crusty and hard to eat. Another lady behind counter was ranting about someone who was banned from the store. Very unprofessional!
