THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER ATTENDED. The staff was perfect, with a special shout out to Bobby my goat. Amazing vibes and good. Is a must when visiting America. Would rate higher if possible.
Excellent experience! Ordered online and all our subs were exactly what we requested. The rolls were very fresh as were the condiments on our subs. Employees were friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back!!

I came here to pickup a doordash order today and was verbally abused and put down by a rude entitled queue jumper woman customer and her daughter. There's a big problem with the store policy of "alternating" 1 walk in customer order and then 1 door dash order. This caused my customers doordash order to sit unattended and not be made for around 40-45 minutes. Great wee corner spot in Downpatrick. Its a must for tea and cookies for me. Great tea (lyons gold blend), friendly staff - can't fault them, very professional patient and quick- i always pop in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick cuppa..
While everyone is entitled to their opinion, the review in question appears to be less a genuine customer experience and more an attempt to undermine the reputation of this Subway location, possibly by someone with an internal grievance. Amazing work
They charged me for a sandwich i never received when i ordered through the app. Jeffery the owner called me and assured me the issue would be resolved and i haven't heard anything back except for customer support emailing me saying the issue was resolved when nothing was done. All they needed to do was make a sandwich and apparently thats too much to ask for at subway. If i had more hands i’d give them 10 thumbs down
I ordered a ham lettuce,cucumber,parroting cheddar cheese what i got was ham carrot cucumber you could shoot peas through them a sprinkle of lettuce and a sprinkle of grated cheese.not worth $20
