One of your employees could benefit from customer service training. If you do not feel up to coming to work, stay home. The African American young lady had an attitude with a child, which could have become very confrontational if we didn’t decide to just walk out & leave her and her bad attitude right where she stood. She clearly didn’t to come to work as though there is no option of staying at home. We decided to patronize our regular Subway.
This is my favorite Subway out of the three locations in Homewood, hands down. Everything is always fresh, the employees are friendly and the service never takes too long.
