Husband made a mobile order, picked up the sealed bag and got home to find a 6in instead of the 12 he had ordered. I called the location to be treated as if we were lying about 1/2 a missing sandwich. Had to drive all the way back with the 6in to prove we were not given our correct order.
Not happy with the food got to BLT the lady won't even put keys on it because she said didn't come with it I told her I wanted ranch dressing on it she put mayonnaise on it completely messed up mine in my husband's orders
Service here is always terrible. Always out of everything. Went in today at lunch time and they were out of all bread. And everytime I come they are out of most items. Employees are always rude, and store is always a mess. I have tried to tell myself maybe they’re just having a rough day but its literally every time I come into this location I have a bad experience no matter who is working or what time of day it is. So disappointing.
