I ordered a sub online no surprise they got it wrong and when I told them it was wrong they refused to fix it and told me I needed to pay for a new sub.
Around 730PM this evening i arrived at the take out to place a order. While waiting only vehicle a young man and woman (blond) walked toward me. They walked to the back of Subway and were having a smoke. A voice came over and said one moment please. Then the ack door of Subway opened and there appeared a conversation between the blond woman having a smoke. She put a garbage bag to keep the door open. Another couple of minutes by that time I had enough and pulled away. This happened this evening 20 Aug 2025.
The 3 young men who were working at the Irving spot last night (Sunday August 17) gave a perfect service with a smile that made my day. Best employee one could have!! Bravo for the three of you. Great team
Food is okay but for some reason they're the only Subway that cuts their tomatoes in their marinara sauce really thick and also they don't take mobile orders after a certain time
