I’ve been coming here for a very long time, In the past year the quality had declined very fast. But now there’s new workers here who are very fast at making sandwiches. And keep everything fresh and restocked. I stopped coming after the last set of young men worked here, they were very impolite and rude. I come here regularly again and receive very kind service. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.
I always order from this Subway and today will be the last time! They have messed up my order many times and I rarely complain, and still give them chances. Upon my delivery I noticed they messed up the sandwich toppings on both sandwiches that were ordered. I contacted Doordash and Subway agreed to remake/re-deliver the sandwiches. A little later the Doordash driver calls saying Subway will remake, but not fix what they had messed up because they made the sandwiches exactly how I ordered on the receipt. No matter if ordered online or in person. They never get order right. Missing ingredients wrong sauces.

The Subway in Winters is not well maintained, they have an old pop machine that needs to be removed, the windows are dirty, there was food on the floor. The employees are not friendly or helpful, seem like you are bothering them. When I ordered they only had white bread and was not spoken to or thanked except when I ordered. Hopefully they close this location and a better business takes its place.
