I waited 40 minutes before I was able to order my sandwich and they put my sandwich in the sack for the customer ahead of me. Luckily, she noticed and asked me to take it back out. Canton needs two Subway shops. There was enough personnel, but there was multiple phone in orders to go and they're wasn't a designated employee to fulfill those orders. I love Subway but this one won't be on my radar again because Canton really loves it!
My last three orders have been wrong. Last order bread was so hard the top just crumbled and bottom was falling apart and missing bacon I paid for. literally the worst location.
First of all every single time I come through they can’t even get one simple order right. I started going inside to personally watch them and it’s still too difficult to make a sandwich. It’s not that hard for some common sense around here. I know from experience this job isn’t hard one bit. If you can’t do it then find another hobby.
