Gave me the wrong cookie and put the wrong meats on my sub, it should not be this hard to read an online order ticket!
I came in, and the girl there was so rude. I’m not even sure why, I’m a quiet speaker and she spat out “speak up”. I looked at my friend who was thinking the same thing. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her after that. I know what customer service is and it’s not that. Do better.
Clean, affordable, great service, good food.
First impression was the long line and sweltering building. "No AC," is what the worker said. The kids working were nice enough to us but one was rude to the other, who was new. My meatballs were cold.
