I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location on Tuesday, July 21 at 2:15 pm. I initially considered letting it go, but after reading other reviews, it appears that negative customer service experiences here are not uncommon. Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location in Nova Scotia. The staff were some of the rudest people I have dealt with. One employee (Indian lady )in particular was extremely disrespectful and had absolutely no customer service skills, and the person working behind the cash register was also very unprofessional and unhelpful.(they/them)looking person I went in to pick up my sub and received no help or proper service.
