Horrible online order experience and customer service was SUPER rude. Our online order was right in front of the worker's face but she didn't listen to the name of the order or read our online receipt. The previous compliants should already tell you this particular female worker needs to be fired. We won't be back.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE FOR YEARS...UNTIL NOW THAT IS. THEY DO NOT HONOR ADVERTISED DEALS/OFFERS...SOME OF THEIR STAFF IS HORRIBLE (ONE LADY IN PARTICULAR) AND THEIR STAFF IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL
May 18th 2025 6:30pm. Whoever the chick is up there working has a horrible attitude. And instead of being a professional and explaining that what I ordered wasn’t on the deal of the day menu for that specific day. I misread it. She treated me like an idiot. I would be ASHAMED as a manager to know how she communicates and treats people. Also asked for extra olives, and she sprinkled them…. Whatever that’s okay. I definitely will not be back. I will travel to any other subway!
Yall don't know how to toast a damn to go sandwich and 9/10 times I come into the restraint to place an order the workers are rude.
Poor service, very rude. Shouldn’t be in the food service industry, or anything dealing with customer service.
