My husband had ordered us dinner and my protein bowl was all wrong. It was suppose to be a protein bowl with turkey and bacon. When we got home, my husband thought it didnt look right . He tried it before me to see what exactly it was. Sadly it was tuna and bacon. Very dissappointed. I couldnt eat it because I am allergic to fish. I am a very regular customer of subway at Jiffymart, Newport, NH, so much so the staff recognizes me on sight, i rarely have to tell them my name. They will grab my order for me without me saying a word. I order at least once a week. I have had my shares of issues, but the staff is always willing to do what is necessary to make it right and I am appreciative and thankful for that. I ordered the Footlong Nachos. I thought that I would be able to choose my veggies like any other sandwich. I was told after she melted the cheese and was half way done that I could only have the veggies described. Tomato, onions, an Jalapeños. That's it! So as unhappy as I was I got it anyways. This was what I got. A couple tomatoes and a couple onions. Bullshit!!! I don't blame the employee, but I do blame the store itself. Never eating here again, an yes, I'm telling everybody how cheap this Subway is.
