I ordered online using coupons and received a call saying they were out of meatballs and he could refund my money when I got there and I could order something else but wouldn’t be able to receive same price as my coupons which was any two footlongs for 1299. Told me he couldn’t fix it so I d be better off going somewhere else. Which is ridiculous! He couldn’t just make me a different sandwich to make up for them not having what was on menu cause it would mess up inventory so he just cancelled my order. This is no way to run ... read more
Online order cancelled and money wasn't returned for 24 hours.. then I wasn't able to use the coupon/discount I did when I ordered online making our food much more than expected after I had to order it all over again
