The Subway owner does not train his team in customer service. I’ve been coming to this location off and on for two years. During that time, I’ve seen four or five different crews of employees. Not once has anyone said, “Welcome to Subway.” Not once has anyone made eye contact until they start making your sub. The entire staff ignores you until they’re forced to speak with you. If I could go back in time to record the encounter me and my partner experienced going inside to order food I really would because we both were very confused. We immediately noticed nobody around so I rung the bell and we were eventually (because it took the dude a while to even come out) greeted with absolute attitude. I ordered online and my visit for 6/5/25 @401 pm .... This is the best sandwich I have had in a long time and mainly too you know how to balance the ingredients!! Nice fresh presentation!! I love this subway I hold visits with my daughter there and they make really good sandwiches My daughter always orders spinach on hers I just want mine to be messy and drip in my lap and that garlic aioli is to die for
Emily is the best sandwich artist there is!! She’s such a bubbly welcoming person, just love her! ❤️
