We made a quick stop close to closing time today. Staff were very pleasant, professional and patient.
Ordered 2 specialty sandwiches as described on menu. Nothing extra. Toasted. It wasn’t. Nothing on the sandwich was correct. They kept asking what we wanted in it. Server argued when husband tried to point out wrong cheese etc. His first time in this subway and he refuses to come back. Server argued with another customer as well. Terrible experience. Had tried to order through the app and it wasn’t working. Sad that dealing with an actual person was so problematic.
The 2 ladies are awesome, they are polite, know there menu very well
