Clean environment and fast service!
The worst customer service ever!!! It’s the second time I come here and the same Arabic or Hindi guy (I’m not sure) is SO RUDE and I ask for the bathroom key and he throw me the key!!!!!
This use to be my favorite subway now it’s the worst. The one gentleman that works there now makes it clear that you as a customer are just a bother. Then makes the sub wrong and squeezes it to destroy it when wrapping it. They lost another customer
Extremely bad customer service and order was completely wrong.
Terrible customer service, stale bread, made the order wrong then yelled at us when we pointed out that it was made wrong. I will NEVER go to the Edwardsville Subway again, and will tell everyone to never go there too. The food tasted not fresh and the employees were absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
