Tried to talk on the phone to a male staff member about my missing BOGOF Foot long sandwich. Even after asking 6 or more times"can I speak now?" Staff was very rude kept talking over me.
Probably this is the only restaurant said NO when someone asks some WATER.. Stupidest worker ever.. And his attitude was not from this world..

Great experience at this Subway in Ottawa! Jai and Mr. Alkesh were super friendly and made the visit enjoyable. Fresh sandwiches, quick service, and a welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend!
