Always good service and good food. Staff is courteous and pleasant to deal with.
A total kerfuffle. 1. I placed order online. Was given 1:10pm as a ready for pick up time. I went a little later just to give them time to prepare it. I get there at 1:20pm and it isnt even started. (Wasn't even in their system. The lady ( who seemed quite overwhelmed as she was alone and seemed like she may still be new) had to call and request it be send through to her system. (She handled her phone and another guests phone with her gloves on then proceeded to continue making the sandwich she was in the midst of making 🤢)... read more
Very disappointed with the service here. I went in around 10 minutes before closing, and the staff completely refused to take my order even though the store was still open and she was standing right there. I asked her twice and even requested politely, but she still said no. That’s just poor customer service and zero professionalism. This used to be my go-to place, but after this experience, I’m definitely not coming back. The girl working the Monday night shift should really learn how to treat customers properly.
