Rude employees and management offered no solutions to help me with my issue after having trouble with the mobile app glitching and taking money from my account
Employee was rude. Told us after making three sandwiches that the card reader wasn’t working and was only taking cash. Thankfully, we were smart enough to find that the card reader was working. Then employee proceeded to my friend to “go faster” with paying. And then employee told the guy who waited for 10 minutes after us that the subway was closed at 8PM - not indicated on the restaurant sign or online. Food was fine, but not a good experience.
