They swiped my card twice, with no option to select tip%. Check my receipt was charged 20%, and was told I can't help you.🤦♂️
Seems a little bit picking and choosing who’s there being friendly with.
We walked in at 11:15am, none of the shelves were stocked with the condiment items. Certian breads weren't ready which caused several customers to change their orders. They were out of bell peppers. One of the staff members tried to take someone behind us' order before getting the rest of our order. There was no sweet tea because the machine is broken so I tired the root beer and it was all seltzer water and no syrup, I told them and I was looked at like I was dumb and they ignored it, so I ended up with Dr. Pepper. The food is fine but the Staff are not so nice. They have some young kids working there with nasty attitudes especially the girl in the morning. There were no cookies on display. I asked her of there are any chocalate chip cookies, she barely answered. Not even a good morning, smile, nothing. Even the way she talks come off rude. They need to better train their Staff and provide better customer service skills.
There was only me and another guy in there and they were being really slow, while they were working on his food another customer walked in, so it completely surprised me when they were done with his food, they turned to the lady that JUST WALKED IN what she would like, as if I was not even there.
