I ordered online because I had my one year old with me so I could just run in and grab it and go. I get home and realize there is no bacon on my sandwich, so I call and the girl is literally like "well what do you want us to do?" And I said, "we'll I have a one year old and I'm already home, so I can't come back out, so what can you do?" They swiped my card twice, with no option to select tip%. Check my receipt was charged 20%, and was told I can't help you.🤦‍♂️
