Sometimes we get exactly what we order in record time and everything is great. Sometimes, like today, we wait 20 minutes and get home (8 mins) to discover no bacon ($2) and so much vinaigrette the bread fell apart, so I have salad. Sigh.
Ordered two subs, toasted, with a bag of chips and a large soda using their app. I get to the drive thru and a guy hands me the sack and says “have a good day.” The bag felt light so I asked if my entire order was in there and he stated yes. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a buy one, get one free Footlong Meatball Sub through DoorDash. I specifically ordered both sandwiches on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread with onions, spinach, and olives. My first delivery included both sandwiches, but they were both made on plain white bread instead of the bread I ordered. DoorDash sent a redelivery.
