5 pm on a Friday, I was looking forward to not cooking and enjoying take out. I was extremely disappointed. The signature bread was a failure. It was completely dry, very crunchy, stale and burnt. The condiments and toppings were extremely lacking as well. Very sad.

I had to walk away because the experience was the worst I ever had at any subway, they couldn’t even cut the bread nicely, like how hard is it to cut bread? And then they toasted the sandwich and I move to look at the condiments only to be disgusted with how they are kept, the onion bin was almost empty which whatever was left over was soaking in disgusting onion juice so I asked for fresh onions, it’s 1:30pm and they have bottom of the bin of onions and they told me no, they wouldn’t change the onion bin to a fresh one? Absolutely the worst experience! I went twice in a week just to get the Veggie Patty, and both times it wasn’t available. What’s the point of having it on the menu if you can’t even keep it in stock? Thank you to the manager though—next time I’ll just erase this location from my mind as if it never existed. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. And please, do not bother replying with an apology—you’ve already wasted my precious break time, which is completely irreversible.
