I don't visit Subway very often, however, customer service is customer service. I was in this location today around 5pm. I was the only customer at the time. The lady behind the counter started to take my order when another customer walked in. She started to take his order but had to stop to finish my order. Harrison Ave. Subway used to be the best but it quickly went downhill about 4 weeks ago. The subs look and taste like they’ve been “slapped” together without any care or pride in the young boy’s work ethic. The last two times I had to throw the subs in the trash because mine and my wife’s were way too sloppy and discussing to eat and enjoy. I think the owner needs to look into this matter before his business declines because the manager hasn’t been doing a very good job about caring for customer satisfaction.
