I did place an order with Menulog for a subway pickup. Reached the store, was empty and closed. Menulog refused to accept the responsibility and blamed it on subway. Extremely disspointed and had to drive all the way to the store.

First time ive ever gone to a subway that has no subs. Told they only had wraps. Had to repeat what i wanted three times at every stage, very slow staff and felt like they had no training. Barely any salad in my wrap with the schnitzel. So in the end it was abit over 19 dollars for a coke and a wrap that had no extras with half a handful of salad. That is pathetic!

Today i got footlong sub and one lady served me she give me a only 3 smash falafal pettey in footlong. And i am in que but she ignored me and serve another customer.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Unnecessarily slow service (one trainee serving customers while the other employee busied themself with some sort of stock taking). Bread was several hours old and crusty. Ingredients all seemed to have been previously frozen.
