Terrible service ordered online. I was told to come in the store that my order was not delivery, It was pickup. Came to the store, I understand person had similar last name but then said they dont have my order altogether even presented email and proof of payment. They made me feel like I did something wrong. I would not go back to this place terrible customer service left empty handed with payments still on my card. They told me if it doesn't drop off come back tomorrow and they can make my food.

Came in on 12/04/25 to grab a quick bite, and WOW — I was blown away! I was offered the jalapeño bread, and it was perfect—super fresh with just the right kick. I really appreciated the owner giving me a heads-up about the spice level, too. And the biggest surprise? This location has SPICY mustard! That alone will have me coming back. I’ll definitely be returning sooner rather than later! Not to mention I was able to sit in and complete a homework assignment I had been putting off.
no me quisieron dar el nombre de los empleados y solo se fueron a la parte de atrás pero la atención al cliente fue pésima llevo bastante tiempo en Subway pero hoy definitivamente como armaron él sándwich fue pésima y poco profesional y muchos problemas con la comunicación no sabían lo que decía, pedí el número 20 y cuando llega la hora del cobro resulta que tengo 4 ítems extras que nunca pedí
