Stale bread and staler attitudes. 2 girls working, one old one young, too busy talking to help customers. My husband stood there for 10 minutes and finally walked away because the older lady just stood there talking instead of making him a sandwich. The younger girl made mine with the wrong ingredients because she was too busy talking and not listening to me. Friendly and nice and very good
Nasty sandwiches. Stale bread, not fresh ingredients. Don't waste your money here
It was a horrible experience with the staff. We were traveling through and whoever the girl was seemed to be in charge. She was condescending and when I ordered my food she looked at the staff and rolled her eyes. Not sure what I did to deserve that but it was humiliating. I am a registered nurse, professional and try at all times to be compassionate. I lost my mom less than a week ago. She needs to learn some humility! I would never go back to this Sonic again!
I have horrible anxiety and I told the employee about it. The employee rolled their eyes at me and continued to ask me multiple questions. Another employee cashed me out and they were not even paying attention. I asked for two cooks and a fountain cup to make my order a meal and they forgot my both. Sat down to eat my meal and the food wasn't that great. They hardly put any on the bread not to mention the bread didn't taste fresh. I won't go here again...
