Service and Food are usually good though store always seems understaffed, completely unfair on the one worker who has to serve 20+ people solo. Service and food would be better if more than one employee were working so they didn't have to rush to make our food. Hoping my tip doesn't get poached by middlemen, employees deserve so much more given what the owners seem to put them through.
When this store first opened a couple of years ago, it was great. There seems to have been a recent staff change. No longer greeted when you enter. The vegetables, especially the lettuce, is usually brown and wilted and the amount put on the sandwiches is laughable. They seem to count out the individual pickle slices and you get about 6.
