I’ve been coming to this Subway location for many years, but I was very disappointed with my experience today. Subway advertises the $9.99 Meal of the Day deal, and Monday’s deal is the Meatball Marinara footlong with chips and a drink for $9.99. However, when I tried to order the deal, the young employee at the counter told me that when he entered the footlong into the system, the chips and drink were being charged separately, bringing the total to around $14. Placed online order 30 minutes ago and order was not ready. Also there was really thin layers of ham Subway is not like fried chicken that requires time to cook or heat it up. This is the slowest laziest subway!
Ordered online, ordered double meat, given single meat, wrong bread type, not even toasted
I am a frequent flyer at this Subway location off of Rt 40. The store is very clean, the food is always good, and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this store anytime!!!
Came in at 9:55am and they had no cookies and empty containers. The guy working is clearly here alone and dragging his feet. Told me the cookies would be about 15minutes to finish. I’ve worked at subway before. It only takes 13-15min to bake them so that means he JUST put them in. It’s distasteful that an employee is lollygagging during store opening hours. Left with a half sandwich an attitude.
