I am a frequent flyer at this Subway location off of Rt 40. The store is very clean, the food is always good, and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this store anytime!!!
Came in at 9:55am and they had no cookies and empty containers. The guy working is clearly here alone and dragging his feet. Told me the cookies would be about 15minutes to finish. I’ve worked at subway before. It only takes 13-15min to bake them so that means he JUST put them in. It’s distasteful that an employee is lollygagging during store opening hours. Left with a half sandwich an attitude.
I work in this area and have been here a few times. This location is always super neat & clean. My sandwiches have always been made correctly. The staff is always polite. They have ample seating and I believe WiFi, I always see people eating here with their devices. Cookies are always fresh. It’s a good location, never overcrowded.
Ordered the roast beef and it smelled weird, turned sticky to the touch, and borderline turned to mush when handled. I felt sick and had to throw it away.
