Absolutely terrible service by foreign owner. Slow and rude, order was not made right and he refused to fix it. I told him I wasn’t paying and he got angry threatening to call the police. I left with no food or order and did not pay for food I never received. Monticello do NOT do business with this man. Support AMERICANS
