I ordered online and my food was hot and ready when I got there. Exactly what I ordered.
I ordered delivery and they gave me 2 of the oldest, driest, and hardest 12 inch italian herbs and cheese bread. Im so disappointed in this establishment. Then I called them to ask about it right after I got my food and apparently no one os working right now, smh 🤦
I was treated very rudely-I mean VERY rude by the staff. It was an unreal experience. Absolutely no regard or care for a customer's satisfaction with the food. They expect you to accept it as is despite spending your hard earned money and will snubb you, especially after you've already paid. I heard of others' bad experiences, mostly with dismal customer service, but never had one until recently. That is my last time patronizing this restaurant, I will go to Subway anywhere but in Monticello due to how I was disregarded.
