Are you guys even training your employees on how to talk to customers? I had a very bad experience with one of your employees named Kusum. Please teach them basic customer service or take appropriate action. It honestly feels like they don’t even care about customer feedback or reviews.

I visited this Subway location and was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered two 6-inch subs — one chicken and one vegetarian — and asked the employee named “KUSUM” for three sauces as I always do. The staff member refused, saying they could only add one or two sauces. I’ve been eating at Subway for years, and no one has ever mentioned such a restriction before.
