Subway sandwiches' quality has been going down in the past years, but the experience of putting cheese - yes, the shredded one - yeah, the orange one right THERE-. Will always remain a joy to me.
I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Subway in Place d’Orléans. There was zero customer service. Staff were using the same gloves to handle deli meats, including bacon, cheese, vegetables, and bread, and appeared lazy and unwilling to wash their hands or change gloves between tasks. This is unacceptable and creates a serious risk for customers with food allergies, and it also completely ignores halal dietary concerns. I went to use a gift card my mom gave me. I was having troubles swiping it but the manager spent time alot of time with me cleaning off the glue I got on my card. She even got a cleaner to remove the rest of the glue and she got it to working!! I'm so grateful she took her time and helped me out. And all the other staff were amazing aswell. Even tho it was the holidays they were cheerful!
Literally the best Subway I’ve ever been to. Rau was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail and precision he put into making my sandwich was impressive .it was clean, perfectly made, and truly showed craftsmanship. I also want to acknowledge the other staff member working alongside him; she added the vegetables with great care and cleanliness. Both of them offered excellent service and made the experience outstanding. Thank you both cheers to the team for such wonderful service!
Outstanding service(Melissa, Paul and Michael), excellent tasting food and most of all very, very friendly atmosphere. I have, numerous times, recommended this location, in the place d' Orleans, to my family and friends. BRAVO!!!
