The bread was sale. The lettuce was brown and slimy. The cucumbers were slimy tuna sub with everything on it and got sick after consuming it. This place is a dumb it’s dirty. The quality of the food is disgusting and it’s about time somebody shut this place down before people get sick.
$12 for half a full bowl. What a freaking joke!
The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Yay, Tori, Karina and Kloey for saving the day when the Subway inside Walmart canceled our catering order for no reason. Tori was gracious enough to accept the order, even though we were less than 24 hours away from pick-up. Karina was so helpful on the phone the next day and even at time of pick-up, showing some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Subway on 7750 Hwy6 South is a disgusting place to visit,. Poor management and bad services
I work in the Swedish Center and wanted a couple of cookies but then decided to buy 10 some to share within my small group of co-workers. The cookies were stale, dry, hard, and you could tell they were not fresh. My co-worker says, "Just take them back and ask for a fresh batch, that location is really good and the manager is really nice." ⭐☆☆☆☆ I cannot recommend this Subway inside Walmart #5823 (6185 Retail Rd., Dallas, TX). During my visit around 7:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026, I observed a woman who was not wearing a Subway uniform or name tag sitting in the dining area while loudly directing the employee preparing food. She also appeared to be on a personal phone call. When I politely asked if she was an employee, she replied, "It does not matter."
