I had such an amazing experience at Subway! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, were patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Very friendly staff!!
The full experience was absolutely terrible. We got home and the kids were really excited to eat. They opened their sub and there was about 3 slices of ham total on the footlong sandwich...then they noticed it was ice cold and not toasted like it was supposed to be. I went to open my sandwich and there is no lettuce on the sandwich, no ranch on the sandwich...mind you this is a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Subway is best
I have been a Subway customer for over 35 years. I have visited Subways across various states and often seek them out when I visit somewhere new. NEVER had I had a worse experience with a Subway manager than I did yesterday, March 25th at 4 p.m. I walked in with a sandwich that I had delivered the night before and wanted to express my concerns about its quality. I would like to say the subway located in our lady of the lake hospital. Is absolutely horrible. The night staff has such horrible attitudes. And they also aren't very sanitary. I went in one night two weeks ago to get a sandwich. The young man had gloves on. He walked to the back talking to 2 other workers. Came back out. With the same gloves on. Excellent service and excellent prices! It has the best sandwiches in (Delaware Ohio) at 22 Troy Rd. I only get my sandwiches from this location since it’s the best of the subways. The new management is polite and professional, courteous and kind. It’s the only place I go to eat.💯🎯🥰💪
This place has not improved from when I was employed here. Poor service, cold food, left chips out of online order and I called same day and girl said no manager was there. Dry stale cookies. Left information and never got called. Ordered online today and asked about the chips and to make sure they don't leave them out again and young boy said I can't give you the chips you should have called corporate the same day.
