I visited this Subway yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The employee at the counter(girl) was unwelcoming and dismissive, refusing to answer our questions about the menu. The bathroom was dirty and had no hand wipes available. When I asked for a small cup of water, she tried to charge me $2.69. When I clarified that I only wanted water, she replied, “You didn’t say water cup?” I never said soda cup either.
