They put lettuce when I said no lettuce. I asked for green pepper, there were 3 pieces. I asked for regular house sauce. It was SOAKED. I couldn’t eat it it was disgusting! Also took 30 minutes on a Sunday late afternoon when I live less than a km away. I’m sick that’s why I got delivery. I’m broke too so there goes my little treat to myself to try to feel better. Don’t even try to talk to someone about it. According to their app the store doesn’t exist and the site is being worked on. Never go there.

I asked for a cup of water with my sandwich and was told the manager no longer provides water cups. The staff eventually gave me a small clear cup, but said they have to buy those cups themselves with their own money. That is a poor way to run a restaurant. Customers should not be made to feel like asking for water is an issue, and staff should not have to pay out of pocket for basic customer supplies. Never again. WOW lots of bad comments... Unbelievable.

I had a disappointing experience due to the customer service. The lady server was rude not only to me but also to another customer. She spoke in an impolite and unprofessional manner, which made the experience unpleasant. Good customer service starts with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately that was missing. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.
