visited this location today between 5–6 PM and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and food handling practices. The place appeared dirty, and I observed clear signs of cross-contamination, which is a serious violation of food safety standards. The staff member on duty didn’t greet me or offer assistance, but I went ahead and placed an order anyway. The younger Indian girl needs to learn how to speak to people, she was very rude and angry no matter how nice we were to her. Maybe she had something going on - take the day off rather than being like that at work. Good Sub, Bad Attitude!
Ordered here 2 times, first time I told them light mayo and got extra mayo instead?? Second time I ordered pick up, bread was not toasted but was instructed to do so? And no cheese was added also when clearly on the ticket it says so, great location but horrible customer service and failure to comply with instructions. I rather drive 2 more miles to the next subway than order here again. AND AC IS NOT WORKING IN SUMMER?
Both ladies looked at me with pure confusion because I wanted the salad chopped. All I wanted was a chopped salad. Guess not.
Best subway, load your sandwich’s better then chipotle.
