Both ladies looked at me with pure confusion because I wanted the salad chopped. All I wanted was a chopped salad. Guess not.

This restaurant offers great food, but there can occasionally be a language barrier with some employees who don’t speak or fully understand English. I don’t find this offensive, but I can see how it might be challenging for some customers. What stood out to me the most was seeing that the employees don’t receive tips. As I was paying, the screen prompted me to leave a tip. Out of curiosity, I asked one of the workers if they actually received the tips.
