All the subways I passed on the way home and choosing this one was a mistake. I had to keep asking for more veggies because they were barely putting any on. Then I ask for tomatoes and she grabs the saddest looking “slices” I’ve ever seen and tossing them on. I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Prabhsimran. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and very attentive. My order was prepared perfectly, with great care and hygiene, and she took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

Staff are friendly but slow. Store is clean. Bread is consistently not fresh. I have had crunchy dry bread so many times. On my most recent visit, I could tell the bread was very dried out when the staff member started cutting it. I asked for fresh bread. Staff member argued, but I insisted. He swapped the bread. I got into my car and immediately took a bite. The bread is so crusty and dry at the middle it cut up the roof of my mouth. The ends are like wood. Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I personally saw staff using used paper to prepare a sandwich, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority, especially in a food establishment. This has seriously damaged my trust, and I won’t be returning. Management really needs to address this issue immediately.
