This location is very light on the meat
4.5 stars. This is one of the best locations in Sherwood park and closest to home. The staff are friendly and there is attention to detail in the order whether in person or online. Prices have certainly increased but it’s unfortunately a sign of the times. Still would rather buy a quick takeout meal here for my family than a greasy takeout. We haven’t had issues ever with non fresh products and frequented this location for 11 years.
Our order was $63 wuth 4 footlong subs this past Sarurdsy (March 29th) delivered by Skip the Dishes and 3 subs were good but one a Tuna sub was horrific ! Very sloppy, runny mayonnaise, could hardly find the tuna. Put together very poorly ! Had to throw in garbage, a real shame after spending money for it. !!
Waiting for a sub I ordered and after its made I’m told the sauces it comes with are unavailable had I known I would have ordered something else and was basically told I have no choice and stuck with whatever it was. Whoever the 2 working there are they need some lessons on customer service rather than just whatever they feel like. Sad because this used to be a good subway to go to.
